Estimado amigo, he visto se han eliminado dos fotografías de libros que he subido, Las grandes traiciones de México y el libro Historia panorámica del congreso de sonora ambas las he tomado yo personalmente con mi cámara, croppedo y editado y subido a commons.. creo que no hay ninguna violación de los derechos de autor de nadie no? será posible se revierta el borrado. Hi, I'm writing you regarding the following matter: As you probably know, the OTRS team handles emails, in which user confirm the copyright for files they uploaded. We have different queues for different languages and volunteers who reply to them. Unfortunatly our spanish speaking volunteers became inactive a while ago. Now the queue for spanish e-mails is growing and noone is able to handle them in a timely fashion.

Plantilla {{PD-AR-Music}}

Belgrano, estuve viendo que agregaste esa plantilla. Lamentablemente esta excepción que indica la ley de derechos de autor no se puede utilizar en Commons: si bien la grabación se pudo haber realizado en un lugar donde nadie pagó la entrada, no podemos asegurar que esto ocurra con el archivo de sonido que se brinda en Commons, ya que se debe permitir uso comercial de los mismos. Esa es una pequeña confusión. La diferencia entre el contenido "libre" (de licencia libre) y el contenido "gratis" (lo que se consigue sin pagar) es uno de los primeros puntos que hay que dominar en estos temas, y yo ya lo entendí hace rato. La licencia no afirma que lo que filmé sea libre porque verlo era gratis, es libre porque la ley establece una serie de condiciones para que sea libre, entre ellas (incluyendo, pero no limitado a) que haya sido gratis. Revisá el artículo de la ley que se indica. En todo caso, el punto realmente restrictivo, el que hace de esto una excepción que solamente se aplica a casos muy puntuales y concretos, es el que la banda musical (o lo que sea) tiene que depender del gobierno. Se cuentan con los dedos de la mano, y lo único que tocan son himnos o marchas militares. Esta licencia nunca va a servir para mi grabación pirata del recital de La Renga en el Parque Rivadavia, ni para nada parecido.

Respecto a los trabajos derivados (como una filmación o grabación de una actuación musical), el principio que rige a Commons y a la ley Argentina es el mismo. Si el original (La Renga tocando temas propios, debidamente registrados en donde corresponda) es algo protegido, esa protección alcanza a las obras derivadas, y no puedo hacerlas sin su autorización expresa. Pero si el original está en el dominio público, cada cual puede hacer su propia obra derivada y distribuirla en los términos que desee, libres o propietarios (algo parecido a que si yo saco una foto de esa marcha y la subo a commons, y alguien al lado mío saca su propia foto con su propia cámara para algún diario o revista). Por eso la aclaración, acá no hay PD-Art o PD-Scan que valga, la filmación la tiene que hacer uno mismo, no vale "afanarse" el corto informativo de Todo Noticias sobre el cambio de guardia, que seguramente tendrá mejor ángulo y calidad de sonido Belgrano (talk) 12:02, 15 September 2010 (UTC)

Lo que entiendo de esta plantilla es que vos pondrías allí grabaciones de bandas militares o similares. Lamentablemente estas grabaciones están restringidas para usos no comerciales, ya que si quiero utilizar el archivo de sonido como parte de un espectáculo donde se le cobra entrada al público estaría violando la ley de derechos de autor. Emblema de Eärendil

Hola Belgrano! El emblema está basado en el que aparece en esta página, que supuestamente está dibujado por Tolkien. Siempre he dudado si este tipo de imágenes tienen ccpyright o no (por desconocimiento mío, no por otra cosa), y dado que otras como mapas han sido borradas no he vuelto a subir ninguna. No hay problema con el borrado así que, si no te importa, transmite esto en la discusión para que se lleve a cabo. Si lo intento yo mismo en inglés puede que no se me entienda mucho. You deleted a photo, of "musica en espera" movie, saying it was not a original screenshot,and its not a screenshot. That scene is not in the movie. You can watch it and check that out, before delete images.

Bandera de Córdoba

No tiene ni tuvo sentido siquiera usar dicha bandera porque jamás fue aprobada. Fijate que el nombre dice "inof" no se quién le dio importancia. Igual lo mejor es no borrarla pero reemplazarla en todos las Wikipedias eso sí. Alakasam (talk) 17:56, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

Hay solo tres artículos en todas las Wikipedias que hablan de la historia de la bandera de Córdoba y que cuando sean reemplazadas globalmente va haber que reponerla. No porque el nombre dice "inof" y si la renombramos habria que igual mandar un bot a cambiar todos los artículos. Aparte creo que lo mejor es usar ahora un bot así como está porque por 3 artículos en los cuales lo único que va haber que hacer después es cambiar manualmente el nombre de la bandera Es poco. Es decir, para ser más específico: en 3 artículos la bandera histórica no oficial figura "bien": http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandera_de_la_Provincia_de_C%C3%B3rdoba http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandeira_da_prov%C3%ADncia_de_Cordoba http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vlag_van_C%C3%B3rdoba_%28Argentini%C3%AB%29 porque se refiere a ella como una bandera histórica y no oficial. En esos 3 artículos cuando el bot pase y las reemplace va a quedar la bandera actual repetida o sea va a aparecer en la ficha y luego va a estar en la sección que habla de la bandera histórica. Por eso digo en solo esos 3 va haber que ir manualmente a cambiar la bandera, en el resto es un cambio correcto porque se la está tomando como bandera oficial. I don´t know anything about the source, but I know, he died in 1832 and a bigger non-scientifical interest in his person long time after his death only existed in Russia until the end of 19th century. And also I can see, this picture is not a photo. Photos became modern in the second half of 19th century. Doesn´t it looks older than 100 years? Precisely because it isn't a photo, the death of the subject of the image does not mean anything, anyone could have made the image anytime. Deleted U.S. Government (Department of Defense) photos

Belgrano, I see that you have deleted a number of official U.S. government (DOD and Navy) photos, including some from the article, Arnold Resnicoff. None of the photos were on my watchlist, so I did not know they were in danger of deletion. I can find additional information for the "source" of some of them. If I do, now that they have been deleted, is the proper procedure to upload them from scratch, with the new information added -- or is there some way to find the deleted files and restore them? Alienator A

I have checked the http://www.panoramio.com/user/4122674 site, the only part of this user's talk page that I understood. Although the photos have a similar style than File:Maison bleue (basse qualité).jpg, I have not found that specific image there. However, I have checked some of the photos and they are published under a compatible CC licence. So which is exactly the situation? Is the image somewhere else within that page, with an uncompatible licence? Or is it somewhere in there with a compatible licence, but it isn't properly atributed here? Because if it's the first, you should have tagged it as a copyright violation (or simply deleted it), if it was the second, you could have fixed the image description yourself.

In any case, the "no source" template is not meant to be used this way. It is for cases when it's clearly not free under the original description (such as an own work that's clearly not an own work), but maybe free for some other reason, so the image is allowed to stay for some days so that the uploader fix it. The image may be deleted if it's not fixed, or kept if the tag was incorrectly used (such an own work photo that any pedestrian can make, as a photo of a building). But the template does not include a system to provide explanation or arrange discussions. If you have reasons to believe that an image that seems to be what is says to be, but it actually isn't (in short, something that needs an explanation), then open a deletion request instead. Removing and restoring the "no source" template is not the way to settle things. Belgrano (talk) 21:12, 3 January 2011 (UTC)

Some months ago, "Alienor a" uploaded some pictures from Panoramio. He said he had the permission of the user on Panoramio : after some discussions, this user change some licence in Panoramio. I have helped "Alienor a" to fix all the descriptions and the sources but we have still no source for File:Maison bleue (basse qualité).jpg. I guess this picture was on Panoramio but has been removed since. "Alienor a" has said he isn't the author of any picture he uploaded on Wikimedia Commons so we don't know yet where this picture comes from.--Bapti ✉ 21:24, 3 January 2011 (UTC)

Posible Copyvio

Hola Belgrano, te molesto por lo siguiente: el usuario Nqn77 subió dos fotos, una de ellas (File:FACE UNCo.jpg) la marqué equivocadamente como copyvio y luego en la Wiki-es le solicité que si la foto era suya que la suba en su calidad original [5] a lo que respondió subiendola con otro nombre pero con unos pocos pixeles más (File:BFACE UNCo.jpg). Lo que me pareció extraño fue que en ambos casos los metadatos de la cámara no se borraron y son iguales ¿es posible que esté usando un programa que no los modifique? Finalmente no se si son copyvios o no porque ninguna de las 3 fotos que subió las pude encontrar en Google. El bibliotecario HUB me dijo que a el le parece que son legítimas. Yo me inclino por pensar que este usuario está usando de algun PDF la foto y que tiene algun soft para crear los metadatos. Abrazo. Alakasam (talk) 19:46, 9 January 2011 (UTC)

Hola, solo quería que en la plantilla se especifique que, la "fecha tope" no debe ser en la que se subió el archivo a Commons, sino que debe ser la fecha en que se tomó el archivo. Por ejemplo, esta imagen fue subida en 2010, pero su fecha original es del 9 de octubre de 2008 (prueba), por lo que probablemente esa imagen apareció unos días después de la toma y no en los días en que fue subida la imagen. Hola Cambalachero le escribo para solicitarle su intervención en la siguiente imagen sobre un Mapa del Virreinato del Perú, le explico existe un usuario que siempre está modificando el mapa según su punto de vista, sin considerar la posición del resto de contribuyentes. Le he comunicado que el mapa que siempre se ha mostrado desde el 2007 sin ningún tipo de modificación ni objeción salvo la suya al principio de este año, debería el usuario (David C. S.) primero haber informado al creador del mapa si modificaría su imagen y diera su punto de vista en la propia pagina de discusión de la imagen o del artículo principal para que sea debatible, tal como lo establece las políticas de wikipedia y wikimedia commons, pero el señor las ignora. No es la primera vez que el señor trata de imponer su punto de vista modificando diferentes mapas, sin antes consensuar con el resto de usuarios entre ellos los mismos creadores de las imágenes que modifica, en su pagina de discusión claramente se puede leer que el usuario llamado Shadowxfox, le increpa su absolutismo de modificar en forma unilateral su Mapa de América, tratando de imponer su punto de vista nacionalista.

Es por ello que le pido que interviniera como mediador, para que aquel mapa del Virreinato del Perú pueda ser consensuado y diseñado bajo diferentes puntos de vista, es por ello que también he solicitado la ayuda de un usuario argentino (Nerêo), gran conocedor de este tema acerca del Virreinato del Perú en Wikipedia en español, para que junto otros puedan diseñar un mapa mas neutral y bajo diferentes puntos de vista. Ahora yo solicito que usted pueda revertir las modificaciones del usuario David C. S. en aquella imagen y dejarla como ha estado desde el 2007 hasta su modificación por parte de el en este año, para que luego de haber consensuado bajo diferentes puntos de vista sea modificado acorde con lo que se llegue a consensuar en la misma pagina de discusión de la imagen.

Claro yo sé que wikimedia commons no decide que mapa utilizar en los proyectos de wikipedia en sus distintos idiomas, pero el problema radica en que el usuario David C. S siempre esta modificando la imagen que no es de su creación, y colocando la versión bajo su punto de vista, es decir no respetando la autoría del autor ni tratando de consensuar con el creador ni con otros usuarios conocedores del tema, ahora le comunico que el señor ya había creado su propia versión del mapa del virreinato del Perú (File:Virreinato del Perú.png) pero como observará quiere imponer su versión en todos los mapas acerca del virreinato del Perú, yendo en contra de las políticas de wikimedia commons. Por eso le pediría de que protegiera la imagen de la que se discute (File:Location ViceroyaltyPeru.png) para evitar que siga tratando de imponer su versión, a pesar de que el ya tiene su propio archivo de imagen como lo he demostrado, de no se posible la protección de la imagen le pediría que le advierta al usuario que dejase de alguna forma vandalizar la imagen que esta en cuestión. Si son de 1959, entonces sí están en el dominio público tanto en Cuba como en Estados Unidos. Para eso está {{PD-1996}}, que dice que si la foto es de otro país y estuvo en el dominio público allá en 1996, entonces está bien. 1996-25=1971, las fotos cubanas anteriores a 1971 están bien. No está del todo decidido qué hacer con las que van entre 1971 y 1986 (que entraron al dominio público en su país después de esa fecha), pero éstas están bien. Poneles las dos licencias, y listo. Archivos de la Presidencia

Hola Cambalachero te quería pedir si podés modificar la plantilla {{CC-AR-Presidency}} para que en vez que diga "presidencia.gov.ar" diga "casarosada.gov.ar" porque los archivos que se bajan tienen como permalink ese dominio. Lo otro que te pido es si podés agregar que no son fotos sino fotos y videos (o como te parezca mejor mencionarlo) porque los videos también aparecen bajo esa licencia y de hecho ya subí un par. Ya corregí lo de fotos o imágenes a archivos. Lo otro, mejor no: no es que una dirección lleve automáticamente a la otra, se puede entrar y recorrer el sitio tanto desde "presidencia.gov.ar" como "casarosada.gov.ar", y las subpáginas funcionan con las dos formas. Al poner la dirección exacta de un archivo, las dos funcionan bien por sí mismas, sin redirigir. Así que pudiendo usar cualquiera de las dos, dejaría la que ya está, por tradición. Hola Cambalachero, el sitio http://www.argentinaenfotos.com (que corresponde a una red de varias webs de fotos de distintos paises por ejemplo http://www.boliviaenfotos.com/ http://www.canadainphotos.com/?len=es http://www.chileenfotos.com/ etc) subió fotos de Commons pero adjudicándose la autoría y utilizando Copyright como licencia. Ejemplo: http://www.argentinaenfotos.com/fotos/cordoba/cordoba/1/AR12435610079371.html en realidad fue tomada por mí File:Bv. San Juan y Av. Vélez Sarsfield-02.jpg. Hola, acepto que fue un error no dar más detalles, pero estos pueden agregarse aún. toda la información disponible está en la página de dicha facultad, aunque dada la antigüedad no existen mayores registros, te agradecería que colabores conmigo, no es grato esmerarse en un artículo y que este a los dos meses se encuentre vandalizado como ocurrió una vez y sin el escudo que es importante en la historia de este, así en un futuro nadie querrá aportar nada a Wikipedia por supuestos copyrights de los que no hay certeza, y esto se convertirá un desierto como MySpace.

Sí, el copyright de un trabajo de autor conocido expira 70 años después de la muerte del autor. Lo qe no sirve para este caso: Guzmán tendría que haberse muerto en 1942, pero como se ve en es:Escudo del Partido Justicialista, todavía estaba vivo en 1945. Y salvo que se encuentre su fecha exacta de deceso, si sabemos que tenía un negocio en la década del 30, es verosímil suponer que haya sido más o menos a sus veinte años y que haya vivido hasta los 90 años (o sea, cerca del 2000); así que las suposiciones solamente servirían por el 2070. Y que no te confunda el tono ambiguo de "...los historiadores parecen coincidir...", ése es un vicio de algunas páginas de wikipedia de relativizarlo todo para parecer neutrales. No hay vacío legal: si el escudo está registrado a nombre de Guzmán, los derechos le pertenecen a él por el plazo que dije, incluso si la idea original fuese de un amigo del barrio o algo así Cambalachero (talk) 03:24, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

It is vital for images to be processed individually on a case by case basis regardless of the outcome of the discussion. Vast majority of the images do not even comply with the three basic terms set forward by the template. -- とある白い猫 ^ちぃ？ 14:04, 26 February 2012 (UTC)

That's not the way things are done: we already have Category:Media without a source. If you see an image without source information, tag it with {{subst:nsd}}. Case by case. We certainly won't tag a complete licence category, that's disruptive. That only a "tiny fraction" cite valid sources is just your own perception. Have you checked them all, have you counted them?

If you want a list to check each of the 700 licenced files individually, one by one, go ahead and do it... elsewhere. Write the list at your user space, and follow it. The deletion request is about the licence as a whole, and this project you have is beyond such scope. Keeping the licence does not mean that all images tagged with it must be kept, and some cases may be deleted by other reasons (such as lacking enough author info). As it is, that list is just disrupting the deletion request, which about the licence itself an nothing more. Cambalachero (talk) 14:32, 26 February 2012 (UTC)

I am not disrupting anything. This template's current use clearly has some problems. I can nominate all 703 images under Com:Del individually if you like. However, that would be what I'd call disruptive. I have checked the vast majority of the files at a glance. It is clear that nearly all if not all have problems where proving that content complies with the three terms of the template could be near impossible.

The deletion request is for the license as a whole with implications of every image tagged by it. In the past license discussions of this magnitude were always applied to images on a case by case basis. I do not see how this is any different.

It is not you who is disruptive, but the list inside the DR. It is disruptive because the last part of a discussion is at the bottom of the page, with this unneeded list, it is now in the middle, forcing to scroll several pages around.

It is likely that the template will be kept. As you may notice, nobody but you thinks there's any problem with it. On the other hand, deleting images without enough information to confirm that the use of a certain licence is correct to a specific image, is a long-standing practice, and it is unrelated to which licence does the image use. If you tag them all as lacking sources, even ones that do have them, then it could be considered disruptive, but if actually check case by case and tag only those that may be problematic and leave the correct ones, then it would be acceptable. Images from The Atlas of Economic Complexity

Cambalachero... Did you delete all my images uploaded from The Atlas of Economic Complexity? I uploaded those under the direction of and with the obvious permission of the rights holders from The Atlas of Economic Complexity. Cesar Hidalgo is my professor at MIT and he asked our team to upload. So what do I have to do to restore all the images and get the copyright settings fixed so this doesn't happen again. Thanks for helping me understand the process. Is there any chance we can do this quickly. We were to present the project this afternoon and now all the images are gone from the country pages where we placed them. A bit of a disaster for us. Please advise. We want to comply 100%. UPDATE on March 14: I'm seeing a warning on the WikiCommons pages for the The Atlas of Economic Complexity images that says "This file is missing evidence of permission" and warns that the images will be taken down tomorrow. Escudo justicialista

Hola. Hace unos meses había cargado una versión vectorizada del escudo del Partido Justicialista; lo borraste porque conforme la ley 11.723 todavía no expiró su copyright, sin embargo, la Provincia Presidente Perón, y posteriormente un municipio de ella, utilizó un escudo muy similar a la del PJ (la única diferencia es que incluía el efigie de Perón a un costado [11][12]) y conforme a la ley 22.362 de Marcas, éste no puede tener registrado copyright, ya que fue un símbolo provincial y posteriormente municipal, utilizándose para el municipio ; además de que esta anónima variante tiene más de cincuenta años. ¿Es correcto subir el escudo del PJ como obra derivada del de la provincia? Sin duda, estos escudos fueron realizados bajo consentimiento del PJ; nótese que el escudo de la Provincia Eva Perón y el antiguo de Misiones también poseen elementos del escudo justicialista; todos adoptados durante gobiernos peronistas. Hola. Respecto a este tema, el problema es el siguiente: mudar estas imágenes de Commons a Wikipedia en español no parece una solución viable, debido a que nuestros servidores se encuentran en Florida, bajo las mismas leyes que rigen aquí en Commons. Parece poco probable que alguien asuma el esfuerzo de trasladar miles de imágenes, creando cientos o miles de categoría que requieren mantenimiento si finalmente se borrarán de igual forma o por el mismo motivo. Luego hubieron sugerencias de mover Wikipedia en español a otro servidor que esté en un país que permita el Fair Use y que no sea EEUU, como por ejemplo Alemania, para salvar igualmente las imágenes. El problema radica en que esto está completamente fuera de nuestro alcance. Es la Fundación quien debe decidir si esto es posible (o al menos preguntarle si está de acuerdo). Si dice que no es posible por el motivo que sea, por más que la comunidad vote a favor, no será viable el traslado. Creo que se le preguntó en su momento pero desconozco si hubo o no una respuesta. Incluso recuerdo que Alpertron habia dejado un mensaje en el Café (que ahora no encuentro) por el que entiendo que decía que el tema se había arreglado. Tal vez podrías comunicarte con él. No quisiera tener que decir "se los dije", pero... se los dije. El tema se mencionó más de una vez, pero nunca se decidió hacer nada al respecto. Se empezó una página para hacer una votación sobre subir imágenes en forma local, y duerme el sueño de los justos desde hace como un año. Supongo que si algún día aprobasen eso, podrían recuperar las imágenes, pero no pueden quedarse en Commons por toda la eternidad esperando a que lo hagan (si es que lo hacen, porque la votación también podría rechazar la propuesta). Vaya, me perdí la respuesta. Supongo que el día que eso se empiece a mover desde aquí reaccionarán, pero no creo tampoco que la solución sea subirlas localmente. Las propias políticas de la fundación sobre excepciones por uso legítimo excluyen el almacenamiento indiscriminado de información no libre en los proyectos. Obviamente que si se hiciera no sería con las mismas reglas de Commons, habría restricciones de uso que no se aplican a las fotos en Commons (por ejemplo, es obligatorio que se usen en algún artículo, y sólo se pueden usar en artículos). Pero esas son cuestiones secundarias de implementación, que se pueden ir arreglando sobre la marcha. Las reglas que pone la fundación son el mínimo, los proyectos pueden decidir poner reglas aún más estrictas (por ejemplo, autorizar sólo el uso legítimo para las fotos que sean libres en su país de origen, excluyendo el uso legítimo para artículos de cine o televisión que siempre fue tan controvertido por allá). La regla es que una foto tiene que haber estado libre ya en 1996, cuando se hizo eso, las que quedaron libres después sólo lo están en Argentina. En términos prácticos, eso quiere decir todas las fotos que sean de 1970 o antes. Cambalachero (talk) 21:07, 25 August 2012 (UTC)

The files were deleted, so the point on what to write in their description is now moot. But, if you are interested in the topic, I will remind you that the 30,000 dissapeared is a mere slogan, there is no serious study trying to determine the number that goes anywhere near that. The CONADEP report details only 8,961. The government gives indemnizations to the relatives of dissapeared, which are a bit more but not by much: more or less 10,000 or 13,000. And if we sum the members of both Montoneros and ERP, and compare them with the numbers with actual proof, the numbers fit very well.

No nos conocemos, así que permíteme que me presente. Pertenezco al Wikiproyecto Historieta y como puedes ver aquí, ultimamente he creado muchos artículos sobre revistas y editoriales argentinas de cómic. Al ir añadiendo en ellos enlaces a artículos sobre series y autores argentinos, me he dado cuenta de que muchos son obra tuya. También he visto que te expulsaron y que usabas títeres. Ultimamente en el TAB y en el Café de Wikipedia se está discutiendo el desbloqueo de dos usuarios (uno de ellos había usado títeres para manipular votaciones), así que puede ser un buen momento para que solicites tu propio desbloqueo. Yo estaría encantado de que volvieses, porque no tengo mucha colaboración en lo que se refiere al cómic argentino, y me vendría bien tu ayuda. Hola, que tal. Te escribo ya que he leído algunos debates sobre el URAA donde dejaste tu opinión (y te entiendo como tal, conocedor del tema en cuestión), para consultarte sobre esta foto de Claudio Caniggia que subí y nominaron para eliminar. Mi duda en este caso es: si esta foto no sería (según la normativa del URAA) válida en los EEUU, ¿podría la misma dejarse sólo para la Wikipedia en Español ? ¿o este tema tiene que ver con la jurisdicción donde los servidores de Wikipedia estén ubicados (supongo que todos en EEUU) más allá del idioma que aplique a cada Wikiproyecto?

Creo que es un tema complejo en este caso, ya que no sé si debe tomarse en cuenta el lugar donde la foto será utilizada (si fuera la Wikipedia en Español, podría suponerse de antemano que la ley Argentina que libera el archivo al dominio público, podría tener validez), pero también hay que atender cómo aplica el copyright en el sitio; Por eso quería asesorarme antes de dejar mi opinión en la página de discusión para rebatir el argumento de eliminación.

Pedido de restauración

Buenas. Necesito de un administrador argentino, y me es mejor explicarlo en español, por eso lo hago acá personalmente. Es sobre la imagen Carlos Menem recibe a los Rolling Stones.jpg, que fue borrada tras una consulta de borrado donde un usuario argumentó que no era un trabajo propio, y por lo tanto tenía copyright. La imagen fue subida por la cuenta user:Vhbfoto, evidentemente una cuenta creada por el mismísmo Bugge (fotógrafo oficial de la presidencia). Hay varias cosas que así indican que sea así, y que demuestran que fue Bugge el que cargó las fotos:

• Aunque algunas no las subió en su resolución completa pero en una mucho mayor a las que se encuentran en la web, por ejemplo, Nestor Kirchner - Asuncion.jpg, conserva sus datos EXIF, en los que se detalla el modelo de la cámara que Bugge declara utilizar y además "PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACIÓN" (y es posible certificar que fueron publicadas en el sitio de la Presidencia gracias a Internet Archive). Es decir, es el original de la foto, por lo que no fue tomada de otra página. La imagen File:Fernando De La Rua en el Salon Blanco.jpg, no tiene EXIF, pero es la resolución más alta que se encuentra de la foto.
• Por otra parte, Vhbfoto es el nick que Bugge suele utilizar en diversos blogs personales, e incluso lo usó en su web oficial. Además, desde la cuenta solo se subieron fotos de la presidencia, casualmente, algunas de las que Bugge considera más representativas de su carrera.

No creo que quepa duda de que es Bugge y que fueron fotos publicadas por la Presidencia, incluso en el sitio web, por lo que son libres. Muchas gracias! Saludos. --Ginés90 (talk) 01:12, 22 August 2014 (UTC)

Plantilla para PD-AR

Hola Cambalachero,
Te consulto por lo siguiente: recientemente edité la plantilla {{PD-Argentina}} (la cual anteriormente redirigía a "PD-AR-Photo"), con la idea de tener en una sola plantilla las normativas básicas sobre trabajos artísticos en Argentina (art. 8, 5, 34, 28), considerando que actualmente hay demasiadas plantillas individuales (PD-AR: Anonymous, Movie, Photo, Music, etc). La idea es utilizar una sola plantilla de aquí en más para el caso de trabajos artísticos y/o literarios, lo cual además facilitaría que los usuarios nuevos o con poca experiencia puedan familiarizarse mejor con la normativa de copyright en nuestro país.
Dado que otro editor parece haber entendido que mi contribución no tenía sentido (por expresarlo sintéticamente) no tuvo mejor idea que revertir mis cambios sin mucha explicación y su posición me obligó a reportar su accionar abriendo un caso en el Administrators' noticeboard (aquí) donde actualmente se lleva a cabo la discusión.

Mi pregunta es a vos, como admin: ¿Dónde debería solicitar el redireccionamiento de las plantillas PD-AR Anonymous, Movie, Photo, Music al "nuevo" template PD-Argentina ? No estoy de acuerdo con la propuesta, hace las cosas más complicadas, no más simples. Con cada licencia específica, el motivo por el cual la imagen que la usa está en el dominio público es claro y directo (por ejemplo, porque es una foto y se sacó hace más de 25 años). Y, de la misma forma, se puede evaluar con facilidad si la licencia es válida, porque se sabe qué condición hay que revisar. En cambio, una licencia multipropósito es confusa: si digo "Esta imagen está en el dominio público porque cumple con alguna de todas estas condiciones", la pregunta inevitable es "¿con cuál de todas?" Cambalachero ayuda para aclarar el borrado de unas imagenes

He buscado ayuda en todos los campos para aclarar el borrado de mis imagenes y fotografías, tengo muy claro lo de Creative Commons derechos de autor, pero he seguido muchos pasos para comprobarles el uso de las fotografías para algunos artículos y también para comprobarles mis diseños, ya que soy diseñador gráfico, pero nada de lo que hago para comprobarles resulta, quisiera que por favor me ayudaras al respecto, porque quiero aclarar el mal entendido, como puedo hacer para mandarles pruebas de mi trabajo.

Hello Cambalachero. I've recently noticed that this user uploaded many images with adding his website as a source. I'm not sure if all those images were published there. However, if that's the case, then the images doesn't have a free licence since the material on the website was licenced under CC BY-NC-ND 3.0. Hola. Es incorrecta la licencia con la que subís las imágenes de Macri, pues la página de presidencia cambió la licencia usada por la gestión anterior. Ahora es CC-BY-2.5-Argentina. Ya que sos administrador podes actualizar la plantilla de la licencia y pedir los cambios correspondientes. Por otra parte, no es Víctor Bugge el autor de todas las fotos ya que son cerca de 8 fotógrafos el equipo fotográfico presidencial. --186.135.149.1 21:11, 16 December 2015 (UTC)

Borrado masivo de imagenes

Hola Cambalachero, ¿podrías echarle una ojeada a las imágenes subidas por German 7777?. Detecté que desde esta cuenta y su títere Gerchus7777, tiene la modalidad de tomar imágenes de Mercado Libre u otros sitios web con derechos de autor y camuflarlas como si fueran fotos subidas por el GCBA, colocando la licencia {{CC-AR-GCBA}}. Yes, but although they claim they are "similar" cases, those photos como from different web pages. Before deleting, I have to check them and make sure that none of them have a free license notice.
