I always like working with yogurt, but I'll be the first to admit that I don't do a lot with it beyond making sauces (I recently made a yogurt horseradish cream that was amaaaaazing). This sounds like a great way to expand the ways I use something I already love... so fingers crossed that one my entries gets chosen! Great review Markus!

I had my eye on those stuffed potatoes but will save them until it's a bit cooler now. Great review!

I love cooking with yogurt! First thing that comes to mind is one of my favorite Indian meal: Chicken tandoori. I'm a big fan of yogurt, especially the greek 0% fat one which mimic sour cream, makes great tzatziki, etc. without all the fat from let say... mayonnaise. I'll check this book out for sure, those potatoes look divine!
