Just in time for Valentine's Day, I really like the idea of using strawberries with the traditional tiramisu recipe, Markus. Very pretty, and I am sure delicious. And I agree that mascarpone cheese is the ultimate product to use in this dessert. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Despite the fact that classic tiramisu is a favorite in my household... I think I would have no problems converting a few if i were to serve your version. Looks so refreshing and tasty. As you say, can't go wrong with strawberries, coffee, dark chocolate and mascarpone! Thanks for sharing 🙂
