We loved this recipe. Mine was a little bit dry but I think I should have cooked the pasta longer. It absorbed a bit too much liquid in the casserole. But it was still great.

This was delicious! I ended up leaving off the dairy-free shreds but it still came out amazing. I added a little pepper, oregano, and seasoned salt. So tasty! My recommendation is that you use a deep casserole dish! 10/10 recipe!
