I am about to try this broth in my instant pot ,using raw legs &thighs.I make many pots of soup so would like to have my own broth. Here goes the 1st try. wish me luck.

I do not have an Instant pot but I am so intrigued by your Instant Pot Chicken Stock recipe, Markus! I make stock regularly around here so it would be a welcome time saver. I am also liking what I hear when you say an 8-quart instant pot rather than the 6-quart version. I am pinning this as well for my future Instant Pot kitchen activities.
