I love Turmeric as well! I actually have lemon thyme growing in my herb garden! It's great as a fresh herb in salads too!

Personally, I like to use turmeric in many things. I also like lemon thyme, which you probably need to grow yourself. It is hard to find, but excellent with fish, poultry, and pork. Peruvian spices are big, as well, in my house.
