I grew up eating haddock on the east coast--one of my favorite fish. And I always appreciate simple fish preparations that celebrate it. Lucky you to have access to such fresh whole fish!

In reply to Gloria @ Homemade & Yummy. It works beautifully on single fish fillets aswell! I would just reduce the cooking time to 12 o 15 minutes depending on the size( 6 to 8 ounces).
